In June 1958, Robert Tilton (1930-2003) first opened his doors to injured and disabled people of the state of Kansas. The firm Tilton & Tilton, Chtd., was started in 1996 by Mr. Tilton, who asked his son Steven Tilton to join him as partner. Mr. Robert Tilton was a charter member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (nosscr.org). Mr. Robert Tilton specialized in both workers' compensation and Social Security disability. He passed along his genuine interest in helping the injured people of Kansas to his son, Steven M. Tilton. Tilton & Tilton has since become widely known throughout the state of Kansas as the premier law firm for those individuals having been denied disability benefits.
